Is buying a spec home the right decision for us?
While the market is full of homes for sale, do they truly represent everything you ever imagined your home to be? Most often times the answer is no. This is why it is such an advantage to build custom. Location, style, colors ... you choose it all. And to stay within budget, you control where and how your dollars are invested, thus making it an extremely affordable option. Our clients have all had wonderful experiences building their custom homes. Building should be enjoyable and exciting, that is why we are there at every step of the way to assist you and turn your dreams into reality.

Is Fritsch Realty & Construction a partner with Wisconsin ENERGY STAR® Homes Program?
Yes, in fact, our homes far exceed the program’s minimum requirements for air tightness, ventilation capacity, and overall efficiency. We are proud to be part of the Wiscosin ENERGY STAR Homes Program and to be building homes to a higher standard.

Does it pay to build an ENERGY STAR Home? What’s the Advantage?
With the skyrocketing costs of energy, now is a better time than ever to invest in an ENERGY STAR Home. These homes are on average 25 percent more efficient than those built to the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code. Not to mention, they are more comfortable, safe, and durable compared to other homes on the market. And when it comes time to sell your home, someday, you as a homeowner, have documentation of your home's energy efficiency from a third party source – no doubt, a strong selling point and a great marketing tool. For more information on the Wisconsin ENERGY STAR Homes Program go to www.focusonenergy.com.

How long does it take to build a custom home?
Each home is unique in size and complexity, however, from the time of breaking ground to completion it can be done in three to four months. We pride ourselves on building exceptional homes. It is difficult to have the oversight and attention to detail that is required in a shorter time frame than this.

Who are your subcontractors? Would you allow us to use somebody different?
A comprehensive list of subcontractors is listed in the “Business Associates” portion of this web site.  We have long-term relationships with our subcontractors. They are reliable, dependable, and trustworthy people who understand the company’s high expectations and attention to detail. Of course, if a client wants to use somebody else, we are more than willing to discuss those possibilities and to accommodate you as best we can.

Do you have referrals? Would it be all right to talk with your past customers?
Referrals are an extremely important tool for anyone making a decision on which builder to choose. Instead of us giving you select names and numbers, we can provide you with all of our customers that we have built for in recent history. They are all proud of their homes and will be more than willing to talk with you about their experiences with our company.

What kind of warranty do you offer with your new homes?
We offer a one year warranty which is the standard in our industry; however, we do stand behind our homes 100 percent and because customer service means so much to our company, we often times have been known to help out with problems that arise years down the road. Call backs are not at all common with Fritsch Realty & Construction, but sometimes minor issues can arise. We are always willing to help out the best we can... our reputation is on the line.
