Our History

Located in Appleton, WI, Fritsch Realty & Construction has been building beautiful homes in the Fox Valley for over twenty-five years. The owner, Chuck Fritsch, took over the family business from his Father-in-Law in 1983 and was taught everything there was to know about the trade. He learned how to build homes, literally, from the ground up, being involved in every aspect of the construction process and learning how important every detail is along the way. Throughout the years the fundamental principles of honesty, hard work, and integrity have not changed and will always be at the forefront of what Fritsch Realty & Construction represents.

 

In 2003 the makeup of the family business changed once again with the full time addition of Chuck’s son, Travis. Working on and off between school since a child, Travis grew up learning the family trade. He took on responsibilities that later laid the framework for his role in the company. After graduating with a Bachelors in Business Finance from UW Oshkosh he made the decision to dedicate his career to the family business.

 

Chuck and Travis continue to work side by side taking old traditions and combining it with modern technology, design, and technique. They both have their own distinct role within the company, and they complement each other’s strengths and abilities.

 

How We Build

What does Fritsch Realty & Construction do differently than other builders in the region? We don’t manage the construction of our homes from an office. We are on the jobsite each and every day performing the work ourselves or working along side of our professional subcontractors. This attention to detail and oversight has produced exceptional results over the years and has eliminated virtually all call backs which plague much of the building industry. We also pride ourselves on maintaining a clean job site at all times and the careful use of materials to eliminate excess waste.

 

But what about the finished product? After all, this is what you as a homeowner are looking at on a daily basis. Fritsch Realty & Construction prides itself on making the finished product both functional and beautiful.
